A tasty vegan scramble made with tofu with added spinach for extra iron and seasoned with paprika
Ingredients

Drain the tofu, break it apart using your hands or two forks, until it resembles scrambled egg

Method
In a large mixing bowl mix together the tofu, spinach, yeast, salt, tumeric, paprika and pepper. Leve it to rest for 5 minutes

Saute the tofu mix in the oil or spray the pan with 1 cal spray and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes
