I have undertaken a Nutrition and Lifestyle in Pregnancy Course by Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU). I have recently completed a course in “Understanding Obesity” by The University of Edinburgh.
What happens at a Nutritional Consultation?
Before you book your consultation, please download and fill in the questionnaire below, which includes a three day food diary .I will then arrange a convenient time for us to talk via a private Zoom call.
During our initial consultation, we will get to know each other, talk through your completed questionnaire and food diary and begin to uncover your relationship with food and your body.
We will discuss where you have been, where you are now and we will begin to unpick the “why” behind your unwanted eating concerns and challenges you are currently facing. All information is treated in the strictest confidence.
Once we have established your goals and addressed any dietary requirements, I will devise a tasty, nutritional 4-week eating plan to help you accomplish your goals.
The consultation is private and confidential. It will typically last for about 30 minutes and you will receive your tasty, nutritional plan within three days of the appointment.
All my clients are different and I usually recommend a follow-up appointment in 4-6 weeks to discuss your progress and your individually tailored plan to help keep you on track of your health and fitness goals.
