In our busy lives, it can be difficult to find the motivation to diet and exercise when we want to lose weight. This is why my 28 day individual healthy eating plan will make losing weight easier for you.

When you fill in the lifestyle questionnaire, I will work out an individual eating plan based on your own requirements. As we all need different dietary and exercises depending on our lifestyles, age group gender, it is unlikely that a ‘one size fits all’ diet will be successful in the long term.

My 28-day healthy eating plan will point you in the right direction to a healthy, nutritious long-term eating habit, whilst still eating the food that you enjoy. I will also provide you with weekly motivation targets. I understand that it can be hard to get motivated, so my healthy eating plan also provides unlimited email support and advice plus a weekly private Zoom call to discuss your progress, provide support and help you with any nutritional questions that you may have.
