It has been proven that certain foods can help with hot flushes, low bone density, and poor sleep patterns.

We will cover the following topics:

Week 1 – The initial consultation

Prior to the appointment, I will send you a questionnaire to complete, from the questionnaire we will start to form a personalized six-week healthy eating plan and lifestyle goals.

Week 2 – How can you manage your symptoms?

Everyone has different symptoms, durations, and combinations. We will discuss your individual symptoms, speak about dietary changes and natural remedies to promote hormonal health

Week 3 – How to protect your heart & bones

Post-menopausal women are more susceptible to osteoporosis and coronary heart disease. We will discuss ways you can lower your risk factor through lifestyle and dietary changes.

Week 4 – How to look after your mental health

Anxiety, stress, and fear are often increased by the menopause. You may also suffer emotional changes such as fatigue, lack of motivation, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. We will discuss ways in which you can protect your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Week 5 – Avoiding weight gain during the menopause

Some post-menopausal women tend to put on weight around their stomach and find it hard to lose weight after the menopause. We will talk about ways to keep your weight stable without counting calories and ‘dieting’.

Week 6 – Moving forward

We will talk about the changes you have made, what you feel has worked for you and what hasn’t. We will then work out together a plan that you know will be realistic and achievable for the future.

Booking the consultation and six-week course

The course includes the initial 30-minute consultation, plus one 30/45 minute consultation call for the next six weeks, motivational, nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle advice and support, plus unlimited email support for any questions or advice you need during the six weeks. The course costs £120.00,
