A tangy vegan cheese made from cashews

  • Food Processor


  • 150 g Raw Cashew Nuts soaked* To soak the cashews, add them to a large bowl with a cup of water. Microwave for 2 minutes. Leave them to soak for 20 minutes, then drain
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon uice
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ΒΌ tsp salt


  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Start with 2tbsp of water, assign more if required.
  • Blend until creamy
  • Cover and refrigerate
