Ingredients
  

  • 275 g firm tofu
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 125 ml water
  • 125 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tofu. Put in on a chopping board on a pepaer towel or tea towel. Put anoher tea towel on top and a heavy dish/pan on top. Leave for 30 minutes
  • Cut the tofu into cubes
  • Mix the lemon juice, water, apple cider vinegar and oregano add the tofu cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It will taste even better in 2/3 days
