Ingredients
  

  • 150 g raw cashews
  • 177 ml non-dairy milk
  • 1 diced green chilli
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flaked
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they are smooth and creamy

Notes

If you want a milder queso omit the red chilli flakes
Soak the cashews if you don’t have a blender
