
Vegan Cream Cheese
A tangy vegan cheese made from cashews
Equipment
- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 150 g Raw Cashew Nuts soaked* To soak the cashews, add them to a large bowl with a cup of water. Microwave for 2 minutes. Leave them to soak for 20 minutes, then drain
- 2-4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon uice
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Start with 2tbsp of water, assign more if required.
- Blend until creamy
- Cover and refrigerate
