Ingredients
  

  • 400 g can chickpeas, drained (reserve the liquid)
  • 100 g red peppers, chopped
  • 40 g aquafaba – chickpea liquid
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste – optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  • Serve with crusty read, or pitta bread, vegetables or your favourite crackers
  • Store in the fridge for 5 days
