Easy to make and has virtually no fat
Drain the tofu. Put in on a chopping board on a pepaer towel or tea towel. Put anoher tea towel on top and a heavy dish/pan on top. Leave for 30 minutes
Cut the tofu into cubes
Mix the lemon juice, water, apple cider vinegar and oregano add the tofu cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It will taste even better in 2/3 days
