A tangy vegan cheese made from cashews

Ingredients
  • 150 grams Raw Cashew Nuts soaked* (To soak the cashews, add them to a large bowl with a cup of water. Microwave for 2 minutes. Leave them to soak for 20 minutes, then drain)
  • 2-4 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon uice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Start with 2tbsp of water, assign more if required.
