A delicious vegan red pepper humus recipe

Ingredients
  • 400 g can chickpeas, drained (reserve the liquid)
  • 100 g red peppers, chopped
  • 40 g aquafaba - chickpea liquid
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste - optional
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

  2. Serve with crusty read, or pitta bread, vegetables or your favourite crackers

  3. Store in the fridge for 5 days
