A tasty vegan protein snack

Ingredients
  • 120 grams almonds (use powder if no blender)
  • 5 fresh, pitted dates
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 coconut oil
  • 40 grams raw cacao
  • 50 grams oats
  • 2 almond butter
  • 3 desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Put the dates and almonds into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Add the remaining ingredients apart from the desiccated coconut and blend to combine

  3. Roll the mixture into balls and coat with the coconut

  4. Refrigerate for 3-5 hours before serving
